Terry Carlson

Terry Carlson is well known at Alpena Civic Theatre for skills in a wide variety of rolls both on and off stage. She is one of those people who keeps an organization functioning. She does absolutely everything from ushering, running lights and sound, prepping the stage floor, wielding a paint brush on set construction, taken roles in productions, serving as both Secretary and Vice President to the Board of Directors and, last but not least, becoming the master of duct tape applications.

Terry has appeared in several of ACT's musicals such as The Music Man, Mame and most recently, Seussical. She is also one of our best comedic impresarios - notably for her renditions of Joanna in Move Over Mrs. Markham and Kitty in Murder on the Rerun. Terry says she has had "five wonderful years of theatrical guidance under the direction of Ron Ross and many hours of side by side guidance working with Grace Morrison (2005)."

Terry is also a consultant for the Besser Elementary School's Micro Society Company - a theatrical production group of children in grades four, five and six.
